With over 12 years of experience in stakeholder management, consulting, programme development, and people development, I bring a strong background shaped by work across banking, education, and the social impact sector in multicultural and international environments.

I am an ICF‑certified professional coach with over 680 hours of coaching experience, alongside 7+ years of consulting experience supporting non‑profit projects and initiatives. I am known for helping clients gain clarity, move through uncertainty, and create sustainable personal and professional growth.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to bridging challenges and growth. I create reflective, psychologically safe spaces where clients can gently break free from limiting beliefs, patterns, and mindsets—reconnecting with their purpose, strengths, and authentic talents. My coaching and facilitation draw on creative methods and metaphors, including storytelling, workshops, and experiential learning, to support meaningful and lasting transformation.

A defining strength of my work is a trauma‑informed and person‑centred approach. I have experience working with trauma survivors and am currently pursuing advanced training to become a Trauma Practitioner. This grounding allows me to work with sensitivity, depth, and care—particularly with introverts, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals navigating careers, identities, and life transitions.
