Where am I?

It was awesome to facilitate the sounding board and follow up gathering to the SheSustains annual event. We explored ‘Where am I?’

Simple question right, it took us almost 2 hours to express our Green’s – celebrations, achievements and positives.

Amber – Work in progress and Red – The aspects of the work that needed desperate attention and change.

Through the discussions many of the participants had the aha moment of finding answers to their Red’s.

We took home some rich value that will help each one explore and achieve their full potential.

Looking forward to such gatherings and meetings.
