My Journey
I am originally from India and have called the Netherlands home for over 13 years. My professional journey began in banking, where I developed strong expertise in operations, program management, and people development. Alongside my corporate career, I also worked as a college lecturer, sharing knowledge and shaping future professionals. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for both structured business environments and the transformative power of learning.
With a Master’s in Business Administration and as an ICF-certified, client-centered counselor and coach, I followed my calling to focus on people and transformation—transitioning into entrepreneurship. Today, I work as a workshop facilitator at The Beautiful Unseen and as an internal coach for Thrive, a migrant women’s project. My areas of coaching focus on life transitions and career development, supporting people to navigate change, embrace reinvention, and move forward with clarity.
I believe in the power of listening, partnering, presence, and powerful questioning to unlock growth and transformation. My work particularly centers on women who have experienced migration, creating safe spaces for them to prioritize mental health, reconnect with themselves, and flourish in every season of life.
Whether coaching individuals or training organizations, I challenge and inspire people to see patterns within their chaos, uncover clarity, and move toward their better versions.
